1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the ElimeVibe iOS application, bundle identifier com.elimevibe.app, and related support interactions. It does not replace the privacy terms of Apple or third-party services you choose to use.
2. Information We Handle

ElimeVibe does not directly collect or store your payment card number. Apple handles payment credentials and billing.
3. Device Permissions
Camera
Camera access is used only when you choose to photograph a craft activity or finished work. Captured images are added to the record you are creating.
Photo Library
The system photo picker lets you select specific images for records or your avatar. ElimeVibe receives only the items you select through the picker. If a save-to-library feature is used, iOS may separately request add-only access.
Microphone and Speech Recognition
Microphone input and Apple's speech recognition service are used when you tap the microphone button to dictate a reflection. ElimeVibe uses the resulting transcript in your draft. The app does not intentionally save the raw audio recording. Apple may process audio and speech data under Apple's applicable privacy terms.
You can deny or revoke permissions in iOS Settings. The associated feature will then be unavailable, but other app features will continue to work.
4. AI Processing
When you ask the AI assistant a question, ElimeVibe sends the question, relevant craft-record context, and conversation history needed to produce a contextual response to the AI processing endpoint configured by the app operator. This may include titles, craft details, locations, instructor names, learning notes, and reflections if present in the selected record.
Do not enter sensitive personal information in AI questions or craft records if it is not needed. AI requests are intended for transient response generation; ElimeVibe does not intentionally use your private record content to build advertising profiles or sell personal information.
5. How Information Is Used
- provide the archive, gallery, profile, statistics, speech transcription, AI chat, and purchase features you request;
- maintain your local session, preferences, records, and Star Coin balance;
- prevent duplicate purchase fulfillment and investigate delivery failures;
- protect the app against abuse, fraud, and security threats;
- comply with law and respond to valid legal requests; and
- respond to support requests you initiate.
7. Storage and Retention
Craft records, saved images, profile data, local chat history, app preferences, transaction-delivery markers, and Star Coin balances remain on your device until you delete them, use Delete Account, remove the app and its data, or iOS removes the data. Individual records can be deleted from within the app.
Information sent to external services is retained according to the service configuration, legal requirements, and the provider's applicable terms. Support information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet legal or security obligations.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Edit your nickname and avatar in the Identity page.
- Review or delete individual craft records and their saved photos.
- Delete local account data using Identity > Delete Account.
- Control camera, microphone, speech recognition, and photo permissions in iOS Settings.
- Choose not to invoke the AI assistant or speech transcription.
- Contact us regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other rights available under local law.
Because most information is stored only on your device, we may not possess or be able to retrieve it remotely. Deleting local data is generally irreversible.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No device, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. Protect your device with an appropriate passcode and keep iOS updated.
10. International Processing
AI, Apple, or support services may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers, subject to applicable provider terms and law.
11. Children's Privacy
ElimeVibe is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information without required authorization, contact us through the support channel described below.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when app features, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and version above and provide additional notice when required by law.
