1. The Service
ElimeVibe lets you create local records of craft courses and creative activities, attach photos, dictate reflections, view a personal archive and gallery, and ask an AI assistant questions related to your records.
Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued. We may perform maintenance or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or reliable operation.
2. Eligibility and Account Access
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms in your location. If you are below the age at which you may independently consent, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use.
ElimeVibe currently uses a local app session rather than a traditional remote username and password account. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for maintaining backups where appropriate.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the text, photos, profile information, and other content you create or select in ElimeVibe. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate requested features, such as transmitting relevant context to the AI service when you ask a question.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to use your content and that it does not violate law, privacy, intellectual property, or the rights of another person.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use ElimeVibe to:
- break applicable law or encourage unlawful or dangerous activity;
- upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- harass, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or purchase controls, except where law expressly permits;
- use automated means to abuse the app or its AI service; or
- misrepresent AI output as professional, verified, or human-authored advice.
5. AI Features
AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. They are provided for creative assistance and general information, not as legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, especially for tools, materials, heat, chemicals, food preparation, or other craft activities that may create safety risks.
6. Star Coins and In-App Purchases
Star Coins are virtual, consumable items used only within ElimeVibe for eligible features. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed outside the app.
- Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and billing rules.
- Prices and availability are shown in the app and confirmed by Apple before purchase.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- Consumable Star Coins are not restorable through Restore Purchases.
- We may adjust future pack sizes, prices, or feature costs, but will not intentionally remove an already delivered balance except to correct fraud, chargebacks, duplication, or technical errors.
7. Our Materials
ElimeVibe, its design, software, branding, and non-user content are owned by or licensed to the app operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
8. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using ElimeVibe at any time and may use the in-app Delete Account control to remove app-managed local data. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security threats, legal obligations, or material violations of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElimeVibe is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, error-free AI output, or suitability for a particular craft, technique, or purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app operator and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of content, loss of profits, or harm resulting from reliance on AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the app operator and your use of the service, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence. Any dispute should first be raised by emailing SmallDevera357@outlook.com.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date and version at the top will be updated. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
